Then: An advertising career that took me from Marketing, to Account Management, and then to the position of Co-President & Chief Creative Officer with the largest ad firm in America left me with a 25-year-long memory that could take equally as long to forget without assistance.

Today: Today, I am a full-time faith healer and doing very, very poorly at it. I also devote my energies, such as they are, to painting. You'll see samples here and there on this website; check out Mooney Arts for larger samples and to learn how I can live in your front hallway for all time.

Beginning in 2006 or thereabouts Peter was actually a rather prolific analyst of the human condition, with international headquarters based in his garage. He had dealt with numerous "risk factors" and reported often on what his mind had to say about it all. It resulted in many fascinating and rather inappropriate--not to mention quite hilarious--blog posts, the best of which were selected by others to be made into a book Tales of the Smoking Christian.

After a 2-year hiatus The Smoking Christian is back, but with only a small portion of his archival blog entries (don't ask why but the answer includes the letters ADD). That's a shame, because the older material serves as a fine introduction to the man, and having some background will make the ongoing blog posts much more meaningful. Oh, and some of it is pretty stinkin' funny.
